"Infinity" is not a number. Infinity means growth without bound (no limits), which simply means you can always add one more. Since it's not a number, it is not susceptible to number operations.

Infinity divided by infinity still equals infinity.

EDIT: It's actually indeterminate. Indeterminate is when you can't give a unique value. (ie: infinity divided by infinity, infinity minus infinity, infinity times zero, infinity to the power of zero, one to the power of infinity, zero divided by zero, zero to the power of zero).
