I have been hit by a person speaking on a cellphone before.
The crosswalk sign had that funny little white man, so I started walking. Some came up and made a right turn through the crosswalk without looking and hit me. He wasnt going too fast and his car was low to the ground, so I basicly ended up sitting on his hood. I get off like what the ! He comes out wearing a suit and tie STILL ON HIS ING PHONE and says "hey are you alright buddy?" and I stupidly say yeah. Quick as he gets back in his car and drives off STILL ON THE ING PHONE. I reported it and everything, and his plate number but nothing happened.
