Cause it's no use to spam the entire thread with info that isn't needed in this section. In Music Discussion you can post all the backgroundinfo for the show and make a link in the tracklistthread to that.
This sectionname already gives you the answer: Tracklist Request / Posting ;) |

You can direct link to the post you have made in the broadcastthread in Music Discussion. Or write it very simple: Streams: www.typeheretheurl.com.

It's easy to navigate there and you are also referring to the post in Music Discussion with the direct links. |
