9 King Street North, Uptown Waterloo

Directions from Toronto/London:
1. 401 ->Highway 8
2. Exit to Right when 8 Joins #7
3. Highway 8 > Highway 86
4. Exit Bridgeport street, go west
5. Left on King
6. Once you pass Erb St. turn right before the Railroad tracks, parking behind "Rude Native".

Dinner will be served at 8:00pm and will be $25.00 all inclusive per plate (plus gratuity).
To start:
Caesar salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, herbed croutons and parmesan with the Vaults’ own Caesar dressing
Seasonal Garden Salad
Chef’s greens and vegetables with red wine and thyme vinaigrette or creamy ranch
Entrees:
All entrees will be served with roasted red potatoes and seasonal vegetables
-Eggplant Parmesan Fettuccini in a roasted garlic cream sauce
-Chicken cordon bleu
-Pork Tenderloin served with a pineapple cherry salsa
-Haddock Loin with a wasabi drizzle
Dessert:
-Crème Brulee
-Chocolate toffee cheesecake
