VH3 - Trance

If you've heard pounding beats on the radio late at night chances are it was VH3 behind them. The godfather of Ottawa's trance scene continues to show us all how it's done! This host of CKCU 93.1’s The Deep Blue has opened for huge acts such as Ferry Corsten and played countless other shows, laying down your favorite classics and never disappointing the crowd.
Chakra V Vs. Shaun Baker - Trance
(Velvet / Surface DJ Competition Winner) Vs. (The Ministry of Sound DJ Mix Competition Winner / www.djshaunbaker.com)
These two trance prodigies have been battling it out for the title of hottest new dj in Ottawa for the past years. We thought Baker winning the Ministry of Sound Dj Competition would clinch it, but then Chakra V came back and won a Surface residency alongside 00 Flemming. Now the stage is set for a winner take all battle at Inebriation.

what are the set times gonna be Shaun?
hope the trance will be played earlier in the night this time, since the techno DJ (Hashek) played tunes so hard it scared some of the weaker partiers out of the club last time:)
btw, to those who missed the last Inebriation in january, you missed a great night...this party should be good also |

Rob Black: 9-10pm
Emm: 10-10:45
Chakra V vs Shaun Baker: 10:45-12:00
VH3: 12:00-1:00
Graham J vs Hashek 1:00-2:30
So yes, the trance will be earlier this time around. I think Tyler and I got the best slot, since it was the busiest at around 11pm last time.

ahhhh.. good 'ol Ottawa. And people wonder why I have never felt like playing out here. ;)
Tomorrow night should be fun for sure.. big crew coming out for this one.. birthday shenanigans and drunken debauchery! :D |
