from only retail, in-store jobs ive now moved to a desk job and holy after an hour i start twirling aroudn in the chair cos i get so bored and uneasy....
only reason why i got hired in teh first place for this new job is cos i was the only one to solve a friggin weighed averages problem in the math skill test at my interview in i think a year or 2 since it was made :nervous:
worst part is i have to be the most polite person until i leave those doors cos my co workers know my sis and i dont wanna make her look bad....
i mean think about it...WHEN THE HAS I BEEN POLITE????

run around naked and tell them if they catch u they can have sex with u....
then after about a month of doin that, they wont be "overweight girls from serbia" but "exotic stripper style bombshells from serbia"

LOL try working in the club biz
12 hrs plus is a normal day and when we do an event ie destiny 49 we usually arrive at the club around 4pm event ends at 7am and its usually 9am when we leave
or when we did tenaglia it was a 26 hr day
, but I hear you I love my job and sometimes wonder why i get paid to enjoy myself, but if you don;t well then a 12 day sucks |

Eric (bf) started his day at 5am...he still isn't home.
He had to go to Texas and he travels so often he's almost never in one place for longer than a week, many times working through the weekend. Today he couldn't get an airport limo booked, his fight was booked at the wrong time with only 9 min to transfer (that's nuts). When he finally made it to Texas after even the bad weather here he found out his wallet was lost. Had to come all the way home and will now be a week behind (damn project management).
btw on average he works over 12 hour days

you know I had no idea what it was like until now. I'm still at work, currently on hour #9. Though i'm getting use to it, and oddly starting to enjoy it. |
