How to Gain weight?

okay im trying hard to gain some more lbs im skiiny and i want the best and fastest way to gain weight anyone know if there is anything out there maybe someone who some experince with anything how to eat wat to eat etc thanks

As much as this sounds like a joke, I'd follow the "Supersize Me" movie's directions.

Eat a few big macs a day and you'll gain up to 30 pounds a month.

are you talking about gaining lean muscle or just not being skinny?

Its actually a good question...working out doesn't work for all of us..I worked out religiously for a year and ate minimum 3000 calories a day and still only gained 10 pounds for all my efforts...and as soon as I stopped it went away...

If you're on a proper diet as it is and you're skinny then chances are there's not much you can do to change that. As has been pointed out by Beat_Chemist, things won't change much if you increase the calories. It's to do with you metabolism (spell?).

I wouldn't advice the McDonalds plan, it'll just make you dead sooner.

I used to be skinny for quite some time and had the same problem gaining weight. I tried eating massive amounts of fast food along with working out 5 days a week. Only gained minimal weight from that (i am one of the blessed few with crazy fast metabolism). Then i decided to spend some money at gnc for those weightgainer supplements/meal replacements. I would eat and work out normally and then take the shakes b4 i went to sleep and right when i got up. Calorie intake was around 7-8k per day. I gained 30 lbs in 4 months like that but it was hard work. I used to be 5'11" 145lbs and now im a happy 175lbs :toocool:

That Exactly happens with me, But I had 2nd thoughts, I can't see my own cheek bones and rib cage, so I was happy with that.
