one of my favorite dates is going hiking. especially good for a first date because you're being active together and it gives you a great chance to talk and get to know each other while admiring the great outdoors. plus if the relationship progresses and both people enjoy hiking, you can do it all the time and talk about your memories of your first hike together.
plus trail-side sex is fun. |

I think I might smoke too many cigs for hiking. Nah. If I can play ice hockey, I should be able to hike. Need to quit that though. I'm gonna start eating healthier too. WMC is right around the corner, so I gotta get in beach shape. |

everyone gives me for doing dates in day time and hiking :whip: glad you agreed M :D too many non athletic people out here...and all the athletic ones are hippies. sigh.

hahaha no way man. last summer my bf and i were hiking up the trail with a cig in one hand and a Sparks (energy drink + alcohol) in the other. we got all the weirdest looks from other people on the trail. we even had all our hiking gear too so it just looked so out of place for us to be smoking and drinking. just start off with an easy trail. i mean there are some harder trails that i have trouble with just because i've been a smoker for the 2 years.
take a weekend to go hiking/camping and save the cigs and beer for when you're just chillin' around the campground. thats what i plan on doing once it gets nice enough to camp.
because everyone knows... camping without beer is just sleeping outside. |

Tomorrow right? Tomorrows gonna be a busy day. Im getting a job, youre quitting smoking, ill start savin money instead of spending it... :p :wtf:

Where in quebec do you live? and whats the hometown?
And yes bowling can be funny if you both suck... but I like a nice lounge where you can just talk on a couch and be close. btw 7pm is not too late for supper, supper to talk and a movie at your place afterwards is good too.
Night skiing, I used to do that when I like in Outaouais.. great thing, when your in the chairlift staying close to be warm, and lots of fun in the snow while being able to talk. I'll try to find more. ;) |

hehe funny thing I actually live and work in Outaouais but am from Montreal and go down there once a week to visit family/friends..
Its not the activities that are missing in this big cities, you just have to find the right ones:) |

haha well if you ski or snowboard, and she comes to your place, bring her to camp fortune at night... these chairlifts are very slow so lots of time to talk and stay close and heat up;)
now in montreal you can easily find a nice lounge or there's a really nice tea place new peel wich has like 30-40 different tea's from all over the world, its weird but nice, and very nice to relax and talk.
oh and you need to try this "Peel/st-catherine" go to the restaurant Carlos & Pepe if you like mexican food... one of the best restaurants in town and its not costlee.. and amazing mix drinks for 2 |

I hate dates.
So much pressure, in fact I can't remember the last time I went on an actual 'date'.
Hanging out together is a much different story however.
It depends alot on your budget and what interests the person has.
I'd be inclined for a second catch-up session to go to a cocktail lounge, preferrably one where you knew the owner or a staff member (not female of course), and the aim herre is to not get drunk but buy a couple of cocktails, and make sure you recommend something.
If possible don't do a huge dinner but make it a tapas, or something with lots of small little bits that you can share together, and a grat way to finish off a cocktail session is to find the best desert place in town and share some nice sweets.
The full hog will cost a few dollars, and sometimes its much better to take her home and make something for her, its up to you...
