you should hate just cos it has rap in it.. just cause hip-hop is polluting the musical scene right now that all of it is .
Listen to Mos Def, especially "I against I feat. Massive Attack-Mos Def" and say that the rap /hip hop is . |

ffs!
the chemical brothers throughout their successful career have managed to avoid rap in their own productions.
Unfortunately, on their latest album "Push the Button" they seem to have rapping on "galvanize". Not only that, but its the first song ive heard from them that isnt original.
Anybody else disappointed by this? |
Have you even heard any less known rap/hip-hop? |

First of all, the Chemical Brothers love hip hop and they have for a long time so it is only natural that they have hip hop influences in their productions.
Second, this isn't even the first Chemicals Brothers track to have a rapper on vocals. Unless I am unaware of some track from back in the day, the Chems first track with rap vocals was Get Yourself High feat. K-Os, which came out in 2003.
Third, Galvanize is the best track on the CD.
And lastly, Q-Tip is one of the greatest MCs of all-time.

Finally someone with a clue |

| Don’t feel disappointed with this tune at all, I actually like it a lot! Love the oriental kind of sounds mixed with the hip hop beats lyrics. |

nothing of theirs did not, and will not ever top that |
lol, why do people only recognise those two ing tracks!!!???
I was going to mention this in my original post...
the only reason i heard about push the button is because last saturday morning i caught the end of video hits and they had a short BIO on the chem bros.
The wanker that was narrating it said:
Their well know for their hits "Hey Boy, Hey Girl" and "Block Rockin' Beats"
   |

| Hehe. I think it is one of their coolest songs yet. And just because Q-Tip did the vocals doesn't make it 'rap', neccessarily. |

Galvanize is ing awesome... one of their most popular tracks around it would seem, SO many people including me used to not like it too much but I'm addicted to it right now :-) |
