Don't give in. Is it in your lease that you can't have pets? If it is, you're screwed, if it's not tell the landlord to go himself.

Even if it is written in the lease its still a tough one to make someone give away a part of their family.

am i the only one who read it as instead of puppy :conf: :wtf:

I know it is. But if you sign a lease saying you can't have pets, then you can't.

he said it was in the lease, but i dont have the contract infront of me(stupid me). we are kinda of already on the last string w/ this in guy and i live w/ 6 other people who think it should go because of our bad relationship w/ the landlord.

this sucks, i feel like i'm the only one fighting for her. i dont know what i'm going to do. i mean a.) i know this can screw up a dog for the REST of its life and cause huge social problems. b.) shes a pitbull and w/ neglect from owners at an early age can cause serious disobedience issues...

my roomates look at like this:

we piss this guy off anymore we get evicted, this dog isn't worth it

i look at like this:

i could pick my dog and screw my landlord
or i could pick my landlord and screw my dog.

So nobody has a copy of the contract? Do other tenants have pets? Can you give the dog to a family member?

walk around and tell people you are filing a class action law suit against the land lord for improper management of a housing facility. then find all the cracked cupboards, walls modling from unzinced screws...anything. have them sign up and say they get money for it.

this is all after you talk to real estate lawyer. then go to him and tell him to settle and allow pets or youll sue him for a million or he can just settle for 10,000 to each person.

and let me have my puppy.

SOP ;)
