I don't think I ever sleep on my back myself. I usually only get to sleep lying on my side and facing to the right. :) |

I sleep on my back, if ever, but most of the time, I sleep on my side. It's better for your spine, or so I hear. In any case - sleep is very important to me, so there's no breaking habits even if they are bad. I might lose sleep over it!:wtf:
But yeah - I almost voted 'never sleep' because I have been staying up until 4am for the last few months. I've altered my Circadian Rhythm to fit this habit...but then I remembered that I wake up somewhere around noon each day, so I guess I do get my solid night's sleep. :happy2: |

On my good ear (Left ear side) as im deaf in the other ear and cant hear a thing when i sleep on my side (thus helping me sleep in silence)
As a 17yr older i have a capability most 17yr olders dont.. im allowed to sleep in the same bed as my girlfriend (whose actually my fionce now shall i say) in the same house as her parents and yes, sex is valid. But the point is sometimes she'll be laying all over me and stuff.. it can get hot and bothered so i just roll over and lay on my own side.
Moral of the story: There are disadvantages of having a girl in the bed with you. |

Fortunately, I'm thermically too hot, and my girlfriend can't stand it for too long when she's hugging me at night so she eventually goes to the other side of the bed :p
Does anyone else have this "body heat" problem? Sure I live in a very warm city, but while most people in my house sleep with heavy sheets, for example, I need a fan/air conditioner. |

| i generally fall asleep led on my side but always wake up led on ma stomach.. i find it hard to fall asleep on ma back unless im really really tired. |
