| This sounds like an 80's TV show theme melody. or a 80's movie theme song. I heard that melody before. its an old electronic song. man its so familiar. Ill find it soon. |

| Where is this tune orignally copied from. This is an old 80's song, but which melody is it from? I know it, its in the back of my mind. I heard this along time ago. Its a movie theme, or a TV show theme. man o man, what is it? |

yeah, it definitely is Miikka & Jussi - Highway Patrol, but it sounds like a remix?!
I don't remember that "second melody" (well, not really), resp. I remember it different, u can hear it especially at the end of the sample. the rest is pretty much the same. any ideas? |

Spook, and for those of you wondering why the sample I included has a different sound than the vinyl version, I emailed Miikka and he was kind enough to email me back with an explanation. Here is his response when I asked him about why the sample and vinyl version had differences:
Hi!
There are four different versions of Highway Patrol.. As you noticed the version you heard has only a slight changes on a synth-melody, but it's basicly a same tune.
Version you heard is final version, but because label didn't find it as good as previous version, it never ended up in the vinyl.
