What a crazy night.

Unfortunately, out of TA's, only James showed up. I started playing at 10:30. Started with prog as promised. Somewhere 40 minutes into my set, VIP manager walks up to me and tells me that some people wanted to purchase a CD with my music. I was pleasantly surprised. Well, I neither had any CD's with me, nor I would sell. Next time, I'll just bring several copies of my demo and give them away.

Well anyway. James showed up later, as I was playing Probspot - Midnight. It was nice seeing ya buddy. Hopefully Chris likes your demo.

I had a multitude of positive feedback, everybody seemed to like what I've played. At the end of the night, the owner himself complimented me on the great performance. I did not expect that it would turn out so well. All of you that planned to go but didn't, missed some good stuff.

Here is the tracklist for the night:

Perasma - Swing to Harmony (Original)
Endre - I Kill for You (Probspot Remix)
Markus Schulz pres. Elevation - Somewhere
O.C. feat. Nick Beman - Not Even Winds
Audioholics - External Key
SolarStone - SolarCoaster (Greg Murray Remix)
Hammer & Bennett - Language
Probspot - Midnight
Perry O'Neil - Wave Force (Ozgur vs. Yilmaz Remix)
Holden & Thompson - Nothing (93 Returning Mix)
D:Fuse - Bodyshock
NuBreed & Luke Chable - One Day (Luke Chable Extension Mix)
Sarah McLachlan - Stupid (Hyper Remix)

Here is where I took a break (no pun intended :p) and chilled in VIP for a while, when resident DJ took over for a while.

After that:
Ferry Corsten - Punk (DJ Icey Remix)
Matt Darey pres. Li-Kwan - Point Zero 2004 (Lost Tribe Mix)
Tilt - Twelve (Orkidea Mix)
Josh Gabriel - Alive
Whiteroom - Someday (Vocal Mix)
Above & Beyond - No One on Earth (Gabriel & Dresden Remix)
Young Parisians - Jump the Next Train (Kyau vs. Albert Remix)
Enmass - So Please
Envio - Love Poison (Ryan G Remix | AvB Re-Edit)
Signum - Second Wave (Signum Signal 2004 Remake)
Marcos - Just for a Day (Marc van Linden Remix)
Miller & Fijneman - San Andreas
V-Lock - Birth of Light (Original Vocal)

In April, I'll be back. :D

I made a lot of connections that night, so I may have something before then.

Cheers,

Stan

One TA > No TAs. It's important that you had fun while doing it. ;) Good review, much more serious than the ones I usually type up. :p

Sorry I didn't go... I'm so backed up with school and everything right now, I couldn't even make it to the grand opening to the Guitar Center Thursday.. :(

Hope you get another gig through, that'd be great for the scene!
