I have been on the scene only about a year now but i feel it is my time to learn to spin. I have a very good understanding of the music and am obsessed w/ djing I have been practicing w/ mp3 mixers but just got my oppertunity to learn on tables. Need advice...Need liturture...Need encoragement...:conf:

The best advice I can give you is to get a really good equipment....
and keep up to date with your records.....and if you have any talent it will show

Get yourself some semi-decent equipment.
if you do like he sed and get the best, and it turns out you dont like it, it will put a bigger dent in you pocket.

When you buy you decks, do your best to get maybe say, 10 vinyls of your favourite tracks, and practise making mixes with them in diffrent orders.

I have these 2 vinyls, and al that is on them is a continous 140 bpm kick drum, used to use them to practise beat matching.

But remember the main thing, HAVE FUN!
