hum... i think it's because the mixes are more than one hour long.
The show started @ 2100 CET, and it's now 2325 CET...
but possibly also that Corentin continues his mix for a 2nd hour... |

Well, this is a concept i was planning on doing for a long time now, but this is actually more of a tryout show for the moment, based on what the responses are, as this is kinda different for a channel that is suppose to be for dance music. So to start with will keep it as a monthly show, and if ic the amount of listeners/responses is good and improves over time, will try to make the ambient shows bi-weekly, but going to try to find other ambient/chillout djs/mixers to do others shows, not just Dreamscapes.
So if you all like to see more ambient shows come along on ETN, get the word around to people, so we can try to get a bigger audience and support over time;) |

this thread has gotten more responses than the majority of etn shows threads
they should let you on everyday its just the freaking prog channel its not like they have a boatload of shows on there I think there still playing a lot of replays they could easily bump 1 of those a day for a new show in a new format that is this popular.... |

Lol, so you know, i am the one that recruits the djs and schedules the ETN prog channel, as well as other duties. So yea that is very possible, on the fact to let myself do so hehe, but the problem is TIME!!! If i , even Corentin, had the time and energy to do them weekly we would, on top of that i also have my other shows Atmospheres weekly(2 prog, 2 trance). But again, i was pleased with the responses today for Dreamscapes, sure looks like this is a show concept that people will be willing to listen to and support. But i am going to try to find other ambient/chill djs who create nicely done mixes , as well i am going to see if i can get some known names in the ambient/chillout world. And if i find enough people, than we can start having more shows during the month, not necessarily Dreamscapes, but other chillout music style shows. One of my hopes is that one day we could maybe have a chillout channel on etn, besides the trance and prog channel, but that could be a little challenging to do so, but never know. For now just taking baby steps, and hopefully grow this concept over time.
But again, spread the word about the show to your friends , forums.... to help make this a better success.
Again, thanks for those who listened to Dreamscapes today, and will surely have new mixes from me and the very talented Corentin Emprou next March 27th
