well actually, ive already posted in the hobart thread, but ill give it another go.
turnout was disappointing, but ive never had any respect for tassie's EDM community ;) there was a big night @ another club on saturday as well, people may have been lured by that. ie people dont know the difference between good and bad tunes ;)
as far as the music went, i loved it :) and with the crowd down, it meant i could enjoy it more. for some reason ppl think a guy sitting alone with his eyes closed is desperate for conversation, right in the middle of his fave part of a tune!
as far as im concerned, if the tunes played are good, then i'll have a good night. and the tunes were great! tassie's DJs stepped it up a bit, and got to hear some new ones from them too, which was a nice surprise.
5am are always welcome down here :) :)
hehe, i shant mention the really dodge & creepy-lookin homo that shoved a glo stick in my face at the end of the night :nervous: |

"the highlight was a great set by Robert Nickson who showed that trance isn’t always about three minute breakdowns and flying in the sky with angels"
its not?? :p
nice review. i preferred the 5am 2hrs just coz i didnt really like those particular harder tunes nickson did, but still loved his set. |
