View this Thread in Original format MessiahProject As previously posted I am very new to music production, so just wondered if anyone knew of a website or page on this forum that can help.I am basically fumbling my way around Cubase, experimenting with my synths and plug ins etc.But I have absolutely NO IDEA what everything means!! What does the Oscillator do? What is EQ? LFO? What does Hi and Lo pass filters mean? I basically know what it does to the sound - i can hear it- but it would help if i knew the basics and what each dial does to the sound BEFORE i start messing with it. so is there a website that explains the basics? I subscribe to Computer Music but most of what they say goes over my head!! Please help - ill become a senior trance addict yet!!!
