Does anyone know of the quality of these guys?

I'm trying to find Sherrie Lea - No Ordinary Love (Pete Van Check Club Mix) and this seems to be the only thing Google could find. I can't even find it on websites of record stores. Is the record old? Is it even released? How come these guys have it? Would this probably be a vinyl rip?
I'm currently obsessed. I love Sade's original and I'm quite impressed with this remake. (I'm not as thrilled with the Kyau vs Albert mix though...)
