Okay first off i wasn't ridiculing or trying in any way to talk bad about Eric or diss the people who support him,i have never seen or heard him...you all talk very highly of him...all i said is shouldn't these shows be in the upcoming events thread,i mean thats what it is there for.Thats all my first statement was about but of course like alot of things on this board it gotten taken out of context.I'm sorry that it got taken the wrong way but nothing i can do about it now. |

Nothing was taken out of context. If you look at the dates these were last min gigs. Nothing wrong with starting a thread to let us know about Erics gigs.
Not everyone here checks the event list thread. DA was just giving a heads up. |

ok, ok, ok...I know I'm the newbie here and maybe I shouldn't be so opinionated, but...tough luck...I'm only a newbie HERE ;)
As far as Slacker's comment...hey, it's not like he offended anyone directly, being that he doesn't know Eric...he wouldn't if he did, I assure that.
ONe thing I've noticed is how people want to be al rigid as to where should be posted and I disagree, these forums are exactly that "forums"...open forums...where we post things that we believe others will appreciate.
Eric's gigs are a subject of interest to the ones who follow him, including him...as a side note, if there's a local djs who need no hype is Groove Eric, that guy is all true...the talent is there, there's no hype going on here...the thread was mainly to inform, not to hype...capice?

i understand where ur coming from and if eric himself knew the dates ahead of time it would gladly be in the upcoming events thread but for the hotel party eric found out himself when he read the thread! people book him and he doesnt even know about it. :D
