I was reading about her and I think some of her quotes are hilarious (and seem to be very true). Her official website is quite interesting as well, as far as I've seen.
But I've never heard any of you mentioning her. Is she actually any famous? Are there similar comedians? |

I found it interesting the way she talks about images though... I'm looking for other comediants that face nationality/sexual orientation/weight in a similar way - could you recommend me some names? :) |

She was really unique when she first came on the scene. She's been around a while, where have you been? She represents first asian american female comedian to make it big. Lots of comedians today do a routine about their ethnicity. Chis Rock's built his career about his "insider" take on the black community. There are lots of comedians with a similar approach as Cho but it's the comedian not the material that make him/her funny. Check out the Comedy Channel although they used feature a lot more standup then they do now. |
