I was just watching the news, and they showed a clip from a terrorist training camp, and they showed the masked terrorists on monkey bars. It all makes sense now, to become a terrorist, one must be sufficient at the monkey bars, but here's the question: what about the slide? the rope? the see-saw? these terrorists need to re-think their strategy if they are going to neglect such key elements in their training campaign

I think monkey bars are an excellent way to build and maintain upper body strength. I imagine some US Soldiers do similar or same activities in boot camp, but Im not certain. Most of those other items, baring the rope are pretty ineffective at building strength and stamina.

Illusions for sure, just like a shot of an organized? unit running behind a battalion sized banner. NOne are in step and what you see amounts to a gaggle of misfits. But the misfits think they're part of something important despite their lack of training and that's all that counts in the long run. If you believe the training prepared you to drive into a mob of civilians in a market and set off a bomb killing dozens of innocent men, women, and children, then that could be success in your world. The rest of the world looks at such attacks as imbecilic and despiteful. So where do the monkey bars fit in? They don't. It's only a public relations ploy that they are trying to be soldiers when, in fact, they are only suicidal fanatics.

yeah the monkey bar training must be very useful when it comes to pushing that button to blow themselves up :wtf:

Clearly, to become a true jedi, one must master the monkey bars before the slide, rope, and see-saw.
