This is actually a blessing in disguise. The one guy i wanted to terminate anyways, its my full time sales associate im worried about losing. She's bitching about pay, which is completely out of my hands.... the other guy, well - he's just a 51 year old that doesnt like working for a 24 year old. Ahhhh well, cant win em all gramps!

No - have i not made two announcements already!>!>?? I'm really gettin the run around these days. Promises that cant be delievered, and then something to fill the void temporarily. The position at Yonge and Steeles fell through because some dude got demoted, and he was promised a position in the GTA (which turned out to be that one). Then, i was in the running for the dress shirt and accessories buyer, and that got filled by a long time employee. So, looks like my next chance to get to the big city is going to be late summer, early fall. But in the meantime i have been offered my current position as Store Manager in North Burlington (which makes me the youngest manager in the company ever), so i guess i should be happy - right?!!? |
