Most people are quick to complain about the have and have nots of this world however whatever field you are in, be that music, business or other, if you want to be extremely successful you have to work on it 12 - 16 hours per day.

if you want to be extremely successful, sure, go ahead and work 25 hours per day... but success does not equal happiness, so...

and what I had in mind already established lawyers and most of them being big shots (, the cars they drive are $50K+)... now, the poor bastards work all those hours and I just wonder do they get any time to spend any of that money, or does the gov't rape them up the ass in taxes? :D :D

I'm sorry that your job is starting out a bit rough. It seems that everyone who is productive is being pushed. My advice is to hang in there and see if you can make it work. If it really doesn't pan out, you can look into going back to your old job if it's still available.

Running on lean resources is a fact of life right now. You should not set the expectation that you are superwoman. People will just keep piling more work on you then. You should watch what your peers are doing and determine was their expectations are.

I have a friend who was pushed to the limit by the horrible clientel at the starbucks he worked at. They were so demanding that if he didnt get the temperature of their drink right, he would be forced to make it again.

Well guess what.. now they all know how his piss tastes!!! HAHAHAHAHHA

One unlucky bitch got the platinum flavour... his semen.

Not only that...he pocketed their money whenever they ordered more drinks.

GOOD JOB FRIEND!!!

yeah over the years I have learned not to take crap from anyone. I feel bad for people that are afraid to stick up for themselves.

Hey to Heidi.....what IS your job anyways? Hope everything works out for you....and I understand where you are coming from...I also have a very high stress job that leaves me emotionally drained at the end of the day

Hopefully your employer will realize the effort you put forth and give you the team and money you deserve ;)
