Hey guys,
Over the past couple of days i've been completing what ive lined up as the next radiate release (following on from crystal clear). This is a complete turn around from the darker edged stuff ive been doing lately. I've not actually thought of a name yet so idea's for that are welcome also!

sounds good...
but of course since u've been signed already.. sounding good shouldn't be a problem... hehe... :toothless
only thing i guess is it sounds a bit too repetitive for my taste. main lead melody doesn't seem to change (or does it?) everytime it comes back in.
overall great production though... |

| The ahh-pad is nice. Though, when you fade that melodi in after 1.25, I'm kinda dissapointed. The melody in itself is pretty good, and the synth is nice. But it sounds SO stereo... :conf: If you've used Reason, there's a thing called "Unison" which gives such an effect. Anyway, I like the sound to this one. But I have to say nothing really touch me or anything. The melody isn't good enough to stick to my brain, and I see that as an important issue. :rolleyes: Nice one anyhow. :toocool: |

Hey George,
The first thing that caught my attention was the kick. I'm not a big fan of these types of kicks...It's hard to awknowledge it throught the track (if that makes sense lol) but thats just my opinion. The choirs are ok, perc is ok but the clap seems weird. It's hard to hear in the clip but I like how its different than a normal clap sound. Very nice. The lead sound can stand out more imo. Try messing with the stereo/eq/delay effects to make it better. ok im at 4:04 and the frequencies seem to be all at the same range. Check to see if you can seperate some of the frequencies in the lower mid mid areas.
I like where the track is headed so far, but As Tranceinchick said, it seems a bit repetative.

ok, starting to listen now:
def. don't like the fx on the clap. i think you should of left the bassline in for atleast 16 bars into the breakdown, because with just the lead & the pads it sounds really flat.
the build is nice but ugh on that clap. i also think your percussion levels need to be fixed. i mean, the clap is very eye drawing, the kick sounds awesome to me. full of dynamics and i think it hits just perfectly.
the bassline sounds great when you bring in an octave up :) |

Beautiful!
However, I find the lead melody too fast and uhm, kind of confusing. The plucks are very nice though. Interesting pads and wonderful choir. Overall this is a nice production! I would like to hear a "lighter" lead though.

| ok to start off geroge i like all your production work so on that note this track is really good but there is some repetive parts to it like someone said on their post but to contradict myself all music is repetive soo yah definetly good work though cant wait to hear the final produciton |

| sounds really nice man. really nothing i can complain about. it is a tad repetitive, but not too horrendous. maybe add a little sine arpeggio over it to fill it out a bit more. i like the different clap, sounds nice. vocal pad is very nice. i dont really like the sudden turn it takes at 3:55ish tho, fix that transition. otherwise great work. |
