hey guys, just finished this tune here, hopefully this will be the upcoming Sunquest tune...
song is got piano in middle and then turns into the melodic trance... inspired by Jaron Inc. and ofcourse Push ;)
and i blasted that equalizing on purpose for my enjoyment ;) because thats how i like it, nice and loud :whip: :p the final copy is clean

here goes the listen:
oh the pan on the synth fx is so cool. the bassline is pretty simple, i like the clap's release(delay?)... really fills the spectrum
i'd like to hear the piano an octave up, or something brighter. i think some pads are needed because i can see the melody getting old in a 6-8min track.
overall, its got some good sounds :) |

bass isn't deep enough for me , hearing some reverb.
nice drive.
Could be the bitrate, but i think the balance between synths en kick en perc isn't well yet. |

love it.
i really kinda like the empty sound it has up till 1:00. dont like that piano really, maybe bring it up an octave as someone mentioned. not really sure how i like it kickin in on the 5th bar at 1:57, but its ok.
keep it up man, sounds wonderful. |

Bangin' track man!
Piano at 0.58 sounds a bit too reverbed or deep. Just personal taste I guess but it sounds kinda hard trancey and a bit out of place in the track.
Everything else is sounding great. The leads and kick are to die for! Great stuff =) |

| I absolutely love the start of this clip. The atmosphere is seriously good :eek: Oh, here's the piano. Make it warmer, and please remove the delay. Try, and hear for yourself. I bet it will sound much better!!! As for the melody, I'm not that impressed. If this is the lead-melody, then it's nice. But it doesn't work as a main melody, because it gets too boring after listening to it over some period of time... :clown: |

Sounds alot like Push alright (except for the pianos) ;)
I think this is quite good! Though it sounds like it looses some drive somehow... Massive was talking about the balance, might be that.
