Help finding a song I heard at my state DECA conference

I'm sorry, but I don't have an audio clip of this song...it had no words...and all I can really remember is the chorus...which could be pretty much summed up by
"1 eee and a 2 and 3 and 4 1 eee and a 2 and 3 and 4 1 eee and a 2 and 3 and 4 and 1 and 2 *rest**rest* (repeat)" starting out high pitched and ending at a much lower pitch...little tidbits of the "1 eee and a 2" play a lot in the song, but at different pitches....it was pretty fast paced and is stuck in my head...please help me out |
