well i dunno if anyone else listens to much of this guy, but he used to always be one of my favorite djs and producers. he put out some of the best tech-trance records (like savage, certainly, recovered, etc.) and the sets i heard kicked ass. (check out mysteryland 2000 if you don't believe me). but what the heck?

has anyone heard a dj degrade in quality so fast?? i mean, his work lately, IMO has been terrible, tracks like "god" and his remix of liquid dj team's track, which i can't think of the name right now. and each set i've heard from him this year is no fun to listen to at all. bad mixing, some ok songs, some terrible songs, an every now and then he'll play one of his old tracks, and it seems like that's the only time it ever gets any good.

so i just wanted to see if anyone agrees with me on this, it's totally bugging me for some reason.

Hey now don't forget that Marco Verkyulen is a multi talent, he does several styles so it happens that his styles might get mixed up and stuff, his tracks aren't all the same. I don't like all the Marco V tracks, just a bunch, but they are great! He's also a great remixer, I love the remix of Loving You!

In the last couple of months I've seen Marco V spin 7 times (most in little clubs) and every time he kicked ass. The man can have some bad days, but generally I think that his style is changing at bit. He doesn't spin the same tracks he did 2 years ago, so maybe that's why people think he is slipping.
