it cracks me up how people believe anything that says

To kill what they say....

I cannot say anything about daytime hours but I can easily disprove the other 2.
First off, global warming is caused by pollutants and harmful aerosols in the atmosphere. How do you think a shift in the orbit of the earth would counter anything that is already within our atmosphere? It wouldnt do a damn thing and it doesnt take a scientist to even think logically about it.
Secondly... creating a homogenous climate. How many people that read that even know what homogeneity is? And the climate is typically characterized in terms of suitable averages of the climate system over periods of a month or more, taking into consideration the variability in time of these averaged quantities.
So what they imply is that a shift would create an earth with temperatures that would rarily change and would be the same from pole to pole....
Hmmm lets think.... plausable? Not even slightly. |

| The momentum of the earth is constant, thus speed of the earth around the sun can't be changed and thereby the orbit is constant. No, it isn't possible to get the earth in another orbit... But it is kinda funny though :p |

if everyone on the earth moved to one side, and then did this, it would have no effect. Think of if everyone jumped up, then the world would be xxx tonnes lighter, but when the people hit the earth, then it would be the normal weight.

well i signed up, though i don't believe it'll work. Its worth the effort if something goes wrong and the earth falls completely off its orbit and onto a galactic trip to freeze to death. Yeah i'd love to take part in destroying human race, that'd be cool :cool: |
