Hey guys,
Recently I received a piece of spam that came from TCH. It was actual bona-fide spam, not their newsletters (which I don't consider as spam, of course).
I make it a habit of using different emails when I sign onto mailing lists and newsletters, tagging part of the organization into my email address (in this case, -commerce.tch@.com. Real address is partially censored out in case of spam bots looking for email addresses). And I don't use that email address for anything else.
So, if I get any spam with the "to:" field using that email address, I know that either: 1) they're spamming me directly, 2) they sold my email in a list to spammers, or 3) the computer they're using has been compromised by viruses/spyware that obtained their contact list.
Specifics of the spam email (I know most of this can be spoofed, so take it with a grain of salt):

Body: Offer to sell a bunch of typical spam crap, such as Viagra, pirated software, mortages, etc.
I'm going to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and assume it's situation(3).... so check your computers for viruses! |

i think you are mistaken. there domain on their email is XXXX<@>tranceclubheaven.com
TCH is just a abbrevation that everybody uses for short. |

No, he created an email specifically for receipt of TCH news/emails.
Then he got spam to that specific email. |
