| i live in west chase close to the citrus park mall. my area is really nice and new. west park village has some really nice luxury apartments starting i think around 600 dollars a month(studio). thats a guesstimate. |

In a word: yes.
I was there for DJ Santana in August and the ghetto there is just ugh, :wtf: . I'd rather not go through that area again without an assault rifle of some kind.
