| I find it funny the ppl who come out of the wood work to defend these murders and creeps. They act like they know more than the 12 jurors who sat on the case, heard all the evidence and testimony. I have to go now, I'm attending a free Michael Jackson midnight vigil. :rolleyes: |

I got a sister a few years back, and i made statements like that and worse before she was born, i did never kill her tho and i would never ever do it either.

So, he actually researched some before fishing... oh my... also they didnt find anything whatsoever that he had been researching more how to get away with the crime and so, which would make more sense.
anyway i gtg but if i get time to i will finnish it some other day... im not saying he is necesairly inocent, but i think that one of the most important things in a free state is that you should rather free than convict when there is not enough evidence. |

Why would courtv be biased? It's job is to cover the cases not decide them.

If you want to critique the prosecution's case than know what you're talking about and at least read all the day by day summmaries at the bottom of the main site:

It might take you a while since a lot of them are pages on pages of transcript, but it would be the next best thing to going through months of trial like the jurors did (although that's probably not even enough). The jurors didn't just look at that short blurb that you did and conclude that he was guilty. As they said:
