free domain hosting, no banners!! :o)

Hey guys, I just came across this top level domain register that hosts domains for free. They give you 20MB of space and unlimited e-mail accounts for free with no banner advertisements. They say they send you a newsletter every week with advertisements in it and that's how they're able to off-set the costs of providing the free hosting. My friend has his site on there and it's been up for over a year so the company is legit and everything except he says he hasn't received a single newsletter yet haha. (but either way, one more piece of spam can't kill anyone, especially when you've got e-mail filters right?)
Anyways, for anyone who's interested, I just signed up and you're allowed to have business sites and everything, you can do whatever you want with it as long as it's not porn i think. They let you upload mp3s even -- well 20MB worth at least and you can of course buy more space if you want to pay but if you're just doing a website with no mp3s 20MB is plenty of space :)

well of course, there's the internic domain registration fee. Do you really think you could get free bannerless hosting AND a free domain name? Even namezero put banners on their free domains ;p

i looked at www.netcolony.com, they seem all right, give 100megs of space i think....i'm currently tring to work on learning about HTML, cos it interests me, cos i wanna make a website myself...

yeah, there are lots of sites out there that give you lots of space for free...the only reason I pointed this one out is because they will host your own domain for free so you can get www.juricimo.com and it will only cost you $25US to register it and nothing to host it....and no banners
you can go with netcolony to get lots of space and then use it to host your big files while using someone like doteasy to host your domain for free. Actually, I think I'm going to go signup with netcolony as well now that I think of it :)
