Britney Spears - Breath On Me and Kylie Minogue

I just heard the original version of Britney Spear's "Breath On Me" and for some reason it reminds me of a song from Kylie Minogue's "Fever" album. I don't have "Fever" right now, so I can't check.
I've read the thread about the James Holden mix, and someone mentioned that it is akin to Minogue's "Confide In Me" and it is, but I thought there was another track, specifically from the "Fever" album.
Any info on this? :) |

Im sorry I have no info, but I have to say something about this song.
Whats so hot about somebody breathing on you? I mean really - put yourself in that situation for a minute. Someone's sitting there breathing on you. And their breath might even stink. :wtf:

lol stinky breath, this sounds like an idea for a vocal remake.
but really, just use your imagination.
i like this song, not for the lyrics, but for the atmosphere. spears has got some nice vocal and music producers working for her.
holden mix sounds really nice on a big sound system. definatly a unique sound, even in holden terms i would say. those bass pitch bends are mesmorizing. |

I just listened to Spears last night, my friend showed me. I like that particular song. You should really give the original a listen - it definatly has a pop edge, but the sounds them selves are rather seductive, and trancey at times. Its nothing like her other stuff.
Kylie Minogue, I've heard before, she has some pretty nice and catchy tunes IMO. Like: Slow, Can't Get You Outta My Head, In Your Eyes, etc. I'm not a huge fan of this pop-electro-house, or whatever it is, but its nice sometimes after all this dark and heavy prog. :) |
