Where is this movie filmed? (Los Angeles area)

I'm wondering if anybody knows what the area this movie was filmed in. I have noticed this stretch of road used about 20+ times in movies yet have no idea where it is. I know it's in the Los Angeles area, but where? I was in Los Angeles last year and may be going back this year, so I'd quite like to identify all the regular movie locations.

that's long beach....looks like the 710. that big ol aquarium in the backround is the Aquarium of the Pacific right on Ocean blvd i believe...somewhere in downtown Long Beach

actually wait that's not the 710...looks more liiiike...2nd street? soemthing like that. its definetly downtown long beach though |

There's been parts of two movies shot at my work: The Ring, and Spider Man 2. And in downtown Santa Ana, there's always filming going on.
