Need some questions answered about Ultra 7

I had lived in Kansas for a while but finally got out of that hell hole and am currently living in Orlando. I've been looking for anything that plays EDM and lets people under 18 in, so I finally found a club with a teen night that was supposed to play dance but it took me 3 times requesting some to the DJ before he fianlly played one for the last song. Even though it was 100% cheese it still made my night finally hearing some trance in a club enviornment. So I'm searching around and find out about Ultra 7, I talked to my cousin who is also looking for anything and we agreed we HAD to go somehow. So the only thing we need is a ride and a place to stay. My mom might be able to drive us and we might be able to stay at a relatives' house. So I need to know some things before I go and buy tickets.
How long is the event?
Would it be easy to find some bus tickets that take you straight from Orlando to the park it's happening in, and the same to go back?
Do you guys think tickets for Ultra will still be available about 4-3 days before March 26?
And finally, how much money would you recommend bringing in? I need glowsticks for sure (the damn club here in orlando didn't let them in so I put on a show for the people with just my hands) food, and definatly if their selling any CDs or vinyl
Thanks in advance. |

Go Greyhound. I did that two years ago. They have a terminal that's only about two or three blocks from Bayfront Park, and the tickets aren't too expensive. Will probably run you about $20 from Orlando, possibly more.
The gates open at 11am, and I'm not exactly sure where the closing time stands right now. I heard 2am, but somehow I don't believe that the city will allow that. Past years it's been 1am.
Bring in at least $20 for water. If you're prone to dancing (like I am), you'll blow through it fast, and you need to stay hydrated. They don't allow you to bring any in, so they charge ridiculous rates for a bottle, probably $5 this year, hopefully not more.
I would recommend simply chowing down beforehand and not bothering with the food vendors, as their prices are equally steep.
Not sure about CDs and records, I don't ever recall seeing very many. And there are too many acts to see to bother shopping for stuff even if there is. |

bus that takes u straight to event. = I dont know
How long is the event = Ultra says from 11 to 2 AM.
If tickets will run out = Tickets wont run out, just buy them online.. though u'll pay a lot for it.
How much money do I recommend ? = A lot.. if you are one of those that love dancing and such, bring a lot of money for the water, or, if your lucky enough, you could refill the bottle with tap water ( if they open the bathrooms of the park, hopefully they do ) .. and for any extra cool stuff from the vendors if your interested, they are always pricey, or for like Ultra gear.. Water on past Ultra's has been 5 dollars.. and food blah.. if you are a partier u wont think about food..
your lucky Ultra is all ages this year. ;) |

| Thanks for the replies, and planbrad, I'm not one of those idiot candy kids who just swings their arms around. I actually know what I'm doing, it looks nice and smooth. |
