The big question!
This thread follows my observations of the fact that 90 percent of trance listeners are into ty trance with unFX'd synths and drums.
so what is making you guys like this stuff as opposed to the rest of us? |

hahahaha, do asian people eat rice?
response to your 2nd question:
hey we dont like it, we love it. and if you dont get it, you just dont get it. that wasnt meant to sound mean, but 99% of my friends dont like the music that much so i can see the difference in reaction between my friends who do like the music vs my friends who dont. so in my 6 yrs of listening to edm my conclusion is this:
there is no explanational answer to your question, its either u get it or u dont. |

Pretty much the difference between being a signed artist and an unsigned artist (although the gap is closing these days!)
Trance definatly sounds better live, not just for the fact that its loud, but if you listen to any live set that has crowd noise in it, the atmosphere sounds 10x better and thats what its all about!

The way I see it, theres people that listen to artists like:
AVB, Agnelli and Nelson, etc...
and theres people that listen to artists like:
GnD, Way Out West, Holden, etc.... |

what about those really sharp synths like in "Dumonde - Ich will Raus (Alphazone vs. Ralph Novell German mix)"?
surely those type of synths would still sound e...? |

Well, you'd be suprised at how much the loudness of hearing music live changes it. Im not saying im a fan, but i can respect other people liking it (which doesn't seem to be a trend on this forum!).
