Here are the signs its a chop:
- angle of the sun and the position of his butt wouldn't be hit by the sun.
- his size is out of scale with the building. he's taller than the window.
- the timing is too good to be true
- he couldn't support his weight in the position he is in. the left leg looks like its been altered
thats all i can come up with for now |

Unless he has an ass like J-Lo ;) Though looking at the angle of shadows from the balcony it could be possible for some light to get on his ass..if it was tensed and therefore stretched to help hold him in place.

But I think the window doesn't come down to floor level. Look at the balcony in the sunlight and you'll see that.
