FLStudio automation clips problem

Well, hi first of all :)
ok, I'm about to finish my new track now, but I have a problem that's driving me crazy!
I have 3 (only 3, but very long) automation clips in my track but one of them isn't working - my strings' volume (the volume autoclip is set from 0% to 100%, and when I say it isn't working I mean that I can't hear the strings when I save as a MP3 or wave file).
I've tried everything, from deleting it and creating new one to create an automation clip to the PanOMatic volume in that strings FX channel, and still nothing, it's not working (but the other autoclips ARE working).
The strange thing is when I save as a MP3 in the MIDDLE of the track (which means in the middle of the autoclip), I CAN hear the strings.
I'm running FLStudio 5 (with loads of fx) on WinXP, P3 600MHz 384 RAM.
So, any suggestions?

| Have you check what the volume setting is on the knob while you're playing your tune in FL? Just to see if it jumps down to zero at any point? If it does, it probly means the the volume gets reset to 0% at the end of the automation. |

The volume settings of the autoclip are from 0% to 100% and then after a few bars to 80% to the end of it.
Now the weird thing is that it all plays normal, every knob moves to where it suppose to move, but when I export as an MP3/Wave I can't hear that instrument (I export coz my pc is SO SLOW everytime I try to play the track, and it's unlistenable).

| ever thought of upgrading your pc? i had a similar spec a few years ago. But i spent about £300 on upgrades, mobo, ram, hard drive, grafix card, cpu. Never looked back. |

yeah that's what I'm gonna do, probably in the next month.
as for the problem, I haven't find any solution yet. I created a totally new vst, created new fx channel for it and viola, it worked.
btw, do you (or anyone else) have any recommendations for soundcrads? |

| are you using any hardware? or plan to in the future? or just software and softsynths ? |

| only software, fls+vsts. maybe I'll buy a keyboard too, but not something serious, I'm not planning to buy a JP or a Virus, too expensive :eek: :) |

i hear ya...i'll be rich one day, and buy a ridiculously huge studio and pay armin, pvd and tiesto to keep the place tidy.
