I usually prefer not to as I find it masks the taste of the meat... |

Depends. I try it without sauce and if it's nice and juicy and full of flavor then I don't add anything same goes for if it's in marinade 'cause that's basically sauce. If I feel it needs some flavour then I definately add a whole lotta bbq sauce or garlic butter :D

| I usually put sauteed mushrooms on top and dip my steak bites in ranch dressing. Everything is better with ranch ;) |
