"see" wen u listening to trance (or any other edm).
like sometimes ill picture a hot beach,sunset,etc or a club of ppl, or having sex lol, or for some really trancey stuff, outerspace. for every vision i have its always something hot!
if i dont picture anything like this then i get no sense of an atmosphere and its useless to listen
wut about u guys? |

house - some club that looks similar to system with red light and small dark rooms,something like strip bar but no strippers really,everyone is dancing in slow motion
Psytrance - huge square hangar that can feet 20.000 people, with strobes and lots of platforms with different levels - there are around 100 people who dance ,no one seem to care each other,just the music and the strobes.
Hard House - dark eucalyptus woods,three cars,people dancing around them.
Hard Trance - big club with lasers and smoke going on the floor.

I see visions of past parties, alot of good times...
Most of all I feel the song....I feel every beat and every rythm...
I listen to it in the morning I listen to it at night...its always with me...I love it!! |

| Let the senses guide you from the music, it isn't really a vision I see whenever I listen to edm, mostly just the sense of being and feel the love from the crowd + flash back from the past parties :D |

Everytime I listen to Force of Gravity (Ferry Corsten remake), I can picture the music video for it. (Don't know if it actually exists, so I have my own interpretation.)
Girl runs into club where JC Chasez is singing the song. She's ed up on God knows how many drugs. The song makes her wander around the club aimlessly...and she feels sorrow during the part where the lyrics go "Did it leave you with the scars of a war-torn ravaged heart?" And starts crying. When the song breaks down, she starts pushing her way to the crowd to get close to JC. He grabs her hand...the vision I have is similar to the video for Chicane - Saltwater.
If I knew how to do animation (CGI or otherwise) I'd make something myself. :sadgreen:
Just FYI: Force of Gravity is my #2 fav. song of all time. It kills me that it won't be released. |

When I hear a really great trance (EDM) mix I start visualizing some great parties
Parties on The Island of Ibiza
with it's beaches and the Clubs :crazy:
...especially "Privilege" (largest club in the world)
In the summer it can be as big as 10,000 people dancing with you in that club.......Total uninterupted Bliss
Asia's Full Moon Party
(off the coast of Thailand - Haad Rin Beach on Koh Phangan)...as the moon makes it's first appearance over the sea the beach exploded into a dancing frenzy, with visiting international DJs taking their turn on the decks.
....and the music of choice......Trance :crazy: and techno but you can also hear drum & bass and house.
And for those that say "When you start seeing when listening to music, I suggest you go SEE a doctor."
Then I feel sorry you can't experience the music like we do :p
Hey I heard through peeps that Miami is now trying to start it's own moon party.....called SoBe Moon Party
there is not a set date, but just grab the Miami Herald, check the weather report and look for the scheduled full moon. That's the date that you look for the Bongos on the beach.
If someone experiences this when at WMC....let me know :happy2: |
