Review: Derrick Carter & Amir Javasoul @ Boa View this Thread in Original format Nrg2Nfinit woooo some fun night :D pretty packed id say.. the music was great.. amir was good and a bit techy zabiela style mixed with slow progressive Derick carter was tearing it up with his nice blend of latin/ funky house.. demonstarted his fine art in turntablism and stole the show :D Lindzee in the smaller room was dropping some sweet house.. probably the best female house dj ive seen.. she really tore it till the end in there! It was good to see shanny there.. and his friend kathy?.. great bustin up the floor with you! hope to see you at decadence any other TA's there? cause i didnt see any lol great party.. hope to go to boa more often now! shanny Definately a good night. My first time at boa and it didn't dissapoint. I didn't think the opening dj was good, I found him slow and repetitive, and just lacking funness. But Derrick Carter had a ton of energy in his tracks and put on a great show. I wish there would have been more light on him so you could see what he was doing in the booth. I think he played 30 minutes too long too, his mixes were pretty lack luster right at the end. All in all a great night though. Good partying with you NRG 2NFinit.
