TRANCE- 2005 vs 1999

| Eh sup , I am just wondering what is your guys opinion on the state of todays trance versus your thoughts on how it was back in 1999? i personally think it has gone downhill and i wouldnt even call most "trance"- trance! 5 years ago the scene was banging. |

2 and a bit months into 2005 ad i bleieve its been a good year so far. |

| 1999 of course was the golden era of trance. And today trance is not quite as popular as back then. |

| today, trance is not as popular as it was back in 1999... but i think some tracks are as great as the style was 6 years before... just think of c sharp 2005, [email protected], nadir, voller sterne and for sure asarja... they are so great... |

| Things were better back in 1999, but the direction Trance took around the 1999 period was the beginning of it's downfall IMO. 1993-1998 were the best years for me. |

| I think there isnt as much new and quality material as there was back then but it doesnt mean its any less good imo |

| I was really into trance in 99, I still really liked it by never hear that much since then, but 2005 has had some really good chunes and I am back in love again =). Saw Armin & Ferry @ turnmills few weeks ago and they were pretty good. Oh and i lurve halycon =) |
