did God take away the whistles from the refs? so many no calls down the stretch. illinois was playing more physical than their football team. but you cant deny that illinois made their shots and the game is over.
i was pulling for a louisville-illini matchup in the tournament before the brackets came out and it will finally happen. i wasnt sure about louisville coming out of that bracket since they had G.T. in the second round and then washington. i think the teams matchup pretty good except louisville rebounds better but illinois plays tougher defense. should be a tough matchup for both teams. |

| I think this was the best weekend of Basketball i have watched in a long time..every game was involving and gotta love the never give up attitudes ..wish Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady could watch this and maybe learn something(yes i am bitter over the whole we stopped trying comments). Go Lousiville,But i think i owuld like Roy Williams to finally get his title...man has been so close so many times. |

| In my final four I had UNC, Illinois, Wake Forest and Duke. I'm still in it though considering I have UNC beating Illinois in St. Louis. |

and I wont mind if Illinois wins since my cousin and her husband graduated from there and she went to the game last night (maybe 2night as well) cause they live near st louis.

i let the vegas side get the best of me .. i tend to always pick the underdogs ... :wtf: ..
but yes that is true .. the better of the two teams got to the finals .. now the big test comes ..
