Wantickets is WACK!!!

So my friend goes to buy his 3 day Space pass and they charged him for not one but TWO passes when he only ordered one. There is no support line to call....just a ing e-mail address. How ing gay is that !!! Any then bitchboy (Joey) bought his pass and now they are telling him his e-mail addy is invalid so he can't even print out his receipt. ING GAY!!!:whip: :whip: :whip:

If any of you have problems with wantickets.com, after about 20 mins of digging, I got a phone number to call. Apparently wantickets.com is run by Track Entertainment, the phone number to their corporate offices is (800) 237-6083, burn up their phone lines. ;)

They've done something screwy with my ticket, too. I ordered it online, was emailed a receipt, and then billed as normal through my bank account. About two days later the debit disappeared from my account balance, and hasn't returned for about a week. I'm pretty sure it will eventually correct itself, but a week is getting to be long.

Of course, this might eventually mean I got my Ultra ticket for free. But in that case I'm worried about showing up for will-call with the printed receipt and being told it doesn't exist in the system, which would be a real bummer.

Groovetickets sometimes took a little while to get their act together at the actual event day, but their tech seems much more reliable.

It might have been a temporary hold on your account - Your card might have been declined because it takes around 48hrs. for the hold to clear. *I worked in the billing dept. for an online merchant for a couple months until I got promoted* ;)

But my card works by immediate withdrawl from my account through Visa, not as a bill at the end of the month. And I had the necessary funds. Wouldn't they tell me if it was declined, or notify me if the ticket was no longer valid? Uh oh...

My problem is corrected now. I'm a in dope. I typed in .cmo instead of .com after my e-mail address. That's why I couldn't log in.
