| I think the regular tea is still great for you but not AS good as the green one :)...it's a good alternative to coffee too as it contains lots of caffeine :) |

Funny that this should come up...
I have recently begun to drink Green Tea again....well, just tea in general again....herbal tea...
I drink it in the evening...as a good alternative to my usual diet of coffee...:) |
