I feel like this is a stupid question, but I know if I don't ask I'll probably things up...how do I change the values?

Just double-click on the line of the value you want to change. If it was false it will switch to true. If you are changing a number value, it will pop up a box where you can type a new value in.

Isn't this the sort of thing that webmasters and IT people hate? I mean, doesn't this absolutely bombard the server that you're trying to connect to?

I'm sure RJ will come in to extoll the virtues of everybody's favourite Internet Explorer.
