Cubase SL 3 vs Cubase SX 3

| I am looking at getting cubase and was wondering what people thought about the different versions. Specifically I am looking at either Cubase SL 3 or Cubase SX 3 and it seems for someone who is not going to be doing surround mixing that SL should be good enough. Is their some limitation of SL that I should know about? It seems like the increased number of tracks and FX might not be worth twice the price. |

When I was faced with purchasing either Cubase SL or SX, I choose the SL version. There are very minor differences; but none were very pertinent, at least not for me.
Nowadays I mostly use Acid Pro 5, though.
