Finally the big news is out, Tiësto will give an exclusive party for forum members only. On Friday the 29th of April, the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam will be the setting where the launch of the new In Search Of Sunrise 4 CD will be celebrated together with the forum members. Tiësto will play a 5 hours set with tracks from the new CD and a lot of new and familiar tunes. Tiësto will be supported by Mason and Mark Norman. Spectacular visuals will be provided by Micha Klein. The forum members will also be given the unique opportunity to be the first to buy the brand new CD because it will be exclusively available during the night.

Ticket sale will start Saturday March 19th at 10.00 AM. Ticket prize will be € 37,50 excl. and they can only be bought through www.tiesto.com if you are a registered member. To buy the tickets, with a maximum of 2 per member, you can go to the forum where a banner concerning the forum party will be placed. When you click on the banner you will be directed to the international ticketservice website where the tickets can be bought.

Apart from this event, the In Search Of Sunrise 4 CD will be promoted to the big audience through a club tour throughout the Netherlands in the beginning of May and later throughout the rest of the world. The dates and venues are to be confirmed.

This exclusive news will only be provided to you through www.tiesto.com so you won’t see any of this in the regular media. This is a forum member party only!

Very nice idea, giving back to the fans...love it! Just too bad I can't be in Amsterdam this time :( Or can I? ;)

Giving what back to the fans? He's charging € 37,50 to get in. By booking through his site he bypasses the promoters and gets to keep all profits for himself.

Giving back to his fans? nothing....

somehow they suddenly think it's evil when someone in the entertainment industry is making a buck, like they owe it to people to provide a non-profit service so that everyone can get ******ed and have fun.

They offer a service to make money.

these companies are out to make a profit. They provide a service. If you dont like it or cant afford it then dont use it.

If it really really bothers you then you are free to not attend the event.

It's quite simple really.

im just responding to his assertion that tiesto is "giving back to his fans". He is not.

If he wants to charge 37 euros and make a huge profit then good on him. But dont try and tell me he is "giving back to his fans"

Nice try though but im sorry that your cut and paste activity was all for naught ;)

Do you know for a fact that he's not?

As far as anybody knows that if a promoter was involved the prices would have been x% higher - so by cutting out the promoter, he very well could be "giving back to the fans".

Have you been privy to some sort of business plan for this event? Are you 100% certain that the current price isn't BELOW cost and that Tiesto may possibly be financing a portion of the party himself? Maybe the ticket price is BELOW cost, perhaps that is how Tijs is "giving back to the fans".

Please let's not make this a Tiesto bashing thread like every other Tiesto thread

If he were giving back to his fans dont you think it would be a free event?

Giving back to his fans implies charity. THis is hardly charity. But great! Good for him! If he can make money this way then im glad for him. But please don't be trying to tell me that he;s giving back to his fans at almost 40 euros a pop.

That is what people with low self-esteems tell themselves (and others) as a defensive mechanism.

Why do you have low self-esteem Jay?
