Vacationing in Key West

I post a question to any possible SOUTH florida TA's
is there any thing in the way of EDM in keywest at all?
me and my brother are renting a house in keywest for a week this summer and obviously would like to take in some night life in addition to vegging in the sun, what are our options? |

Key West sucks unless it's fantasy fest haha.
But for real. The nightlife scene over there blows. The morning is awesome though. ;D |

Well yea I guess.
There is a lot fo sightseeing to do in the day time. You will have a blast but the night time you should just head over to Truman Ave I think.. which is where they have Fantasy Fest and down that street they're a bunch of bars.
Someone correct me if i'm wrong.. is it truman ave? I forgot |

Yup. Bring a big azz boom box with lots of CD's and
start charging for entrance to the house.
Barter the entrance with some hot chix to be dancers, and place them
on the corners of the living room and... boom! you got a party.

I just went to key west for spring break. There is NO EDM there at all. It's alot of hip hop/top 20 and live bands. Just go up and down Duvall street at night...hit up Rick's for their wet t-shirt contest..it is ok some nights(but it might just be during march), or Irish Kevin's is fun or Sloppy Joes. It is a quiet town with sun and outdoor stuff during the day and not too crazy at night.
Go to Miami instead!!!

| Blu Room off of Duval plays EDM. It's on a side street. You can see the sign from Duval, though. Everytime I've been in there they've had it on. In fact, I even got to mix DD's "Flashdance" into Eric Prydz's "Call on Me". Enjoy! |
