so today is the first monthly aniversary since me and my gf broke up. its been 2 weeks since we have broken up. last aniversary went VERY smooth we went out for dinnr and had a great time, it was a couple days after valentines so we celebrated that instead. on valentines however she had bought a cute stuff bear holding a heart and put our picture in it and gave it to me. this is after her telling me not to get anything, i thoguht it was soooooo nice :) that next weekend (friday) i bought her flowers for no reason at all :) we hadnt seen each other that entire week for wahtever reasons ( none negative) so i thought it would be a nice thing to do.
that night was cut short cuz we both had to be up early. saturday was our night for seeing our freinds, and sunday we didnt see each other. on sunday tho she was at home doing nothing and didnt want to come over so we got into a bit of a fight about that but it wasnt a big deal, we NEVER FIGHT and if we do its tiny and gets fixed before the hour hand moves. she tells me she wants to see me tuesday. niiiice im thinking
she comes over tuesday after work and things are a bit awkward. she said she was really tired and stressed from school..... the next day she drives me to school in the morning and then we dont see each other the rest of the day ( thats how our schedules are)
i go to work that night, and on my way home i decide to call her to tell me im going to my buddies, she sounds upset so i tell her im on the way home and ill call her when im home to make it better, to my surprise shes in her car watiing outside my house, ready to break up with me
she tells me she just doesnt have that feeling for me anymore and that its over. i didnt really have anything to say to that, i mean i was thinkin 4-5 days ago i was buying her flowers. our relationship lasted a year, 2 months and 2 weeks, we lost our virginity together, battled mono togther,finished highschool and started university together, been thru all kinds of ups and downs, and all of a sudden she just tells me she has lost the feeling for me... i just cant grasp onto this concept, its like she isnt even the same person anymore
i spoke to her today since i felt it was apropriate, 2 weeks space + it woulda been our anniversary
she was soooo cold, i dont blame her i was rephrasing the same crap to her on the phone 100 diff ways because i couoldnt hang up, i just wanted to ask her if she even had any desire to get that feeling back, not now but when it happened
she said she didnt, i dont know how to take this :(
how can a girl who LOVES you just all of a sudden lose that feeling and then not even be sad that its gone and just move on right away |

deal with the pain properly and just keep on going man, cuz it looks like shes made up her mind. ANy further convincing or whatever will only annoy the hell out of her, and only waste YOUR time and postpone the healing process.
just keep going man.
